things that I've learned in Ireland

1. It's perfectly normal to be nice to people
2. It's perfectly normal to say hi to people you don't know in a place that you both know.
3. Small talk isn't all that bad.
4. A 30--> y/o slightly drunk man starting to talk to you at a pub doesn't necessarily mean that he's hitting on you.
5. Never trust self check-outs.
6. Or boys
7. Or race horses.
8. Country music isn't terrible either.
9. Sit-on lawn mowers are fecking brilliant.
10. The condition of the frying pan actually matters.
11. Hens are scary.
12. Never say never.
13. Never give up
14. Keep your heels down and legs close.
15. A cat always finds its way in or out, even if there are no open doors or windows.

I've become so smart. So so so smart.
